Last night I viewed a TEDx talk by psychology blogger and college professor, Dr. Andrea Dinardo and it spoke to me so deeply. The message that she shares within her TEDx talk is so aligned with not only what I wrote about yesterday, but also with what living M.U.D. is all about.
